During office hours, tickets are reviewed within 2 hours and assigned for follow-up based on the issue and priority. For faster service please provide as much detail as possible. Once your ticket has been created you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. You can add to your ticket by replying to that email and sending it to email@example.com.
